just this repeatedly picked for the intro and the first verse

then i get stuck when the chords kick in for the first chorus.
Cm deffos sounds right for the 2nd chord but im not sure about Eb as the first and the
and fouth are giving me difficulties.
if anyone can look at the chords i worked out on the piano and make better sense of it
