The Lighthouse And The Whaler - Venice chords

I'm not sure about the chords, probably they're not what The Lighthouse And The Whaler 
play, but they sound quite good to my ears. If you have any suggestions please comment :)
However about the tab I'm pretty sure it's right, but maybe the tune is wrong.
