The Sundays - Something More Tabbed by Kate Okay, so the only versions of this rare song available are poorly recorded live versions on youtube. The audio is terrible so the lyrics and the chords are equally difficult to discern. But after spending a lot of time listening to it over and over and trying to make sense of it all, this is what came out. When I play it, it sounds right and when I sing it, it blends well and the lyrics... er... sorta make sense. I've always loved what Harriet does with vocals and words... C G Terrible things are going to happen C G and it's hit me right here in the eye. C G I'd like to receive all the things that I've loved F Am and I don't know the reasons why? C G Some of those things are going to happen. C G They're so sore, just killing my heart. C G Loving and fighting and losing my words F Am cos they're harder to understand. Em C Oh, why should I be grateful? I've never really Am known why I'm supposed to be? C G C Lord knows why? C Em D C ....and it's all I ever wanted. C Em G C But now, I want something more! C Em D C ...It's all I ever wanted... C Em G C but now, now,I want something more! [ Tab from: http://www.guitaretab.com/s/sundays/370220.html ] C G Criminal things have happened C G I couldn't begin to explain. C G Hopefully no one ever will know F Am That I'd still do the same again C G No, no, no. C G It will make you feel worth it. C G but the natural blades that may cut in your heart F Am seem to come out again. Em C But oh, why should I be grateful? I've never really Am known why I'm supposed to be? C G C Lord knows well! C Em D C Oh, and it's all I ever wanted. C Em G C But now, now, now I want something more! C Em D C And it's over now. And it's all I ever wanted. C Em G C But now, now, I want something more. C Em D C With a natural pride to make ugly remarks, just to see how they run. C Em G C but you know that suddenly I...I don't know what to say! C Em D C and now now now now,you really seem right. C Em G C ... ...and I'm... ... .... C Em D C and now now now now now you do seem right. C Em G C I know that I'm wrong. |
