Jennifer Ever - by Smashing Pumpkins
Jennifer Ever
=============
tabbed by Eric Agnew (agnew@cae.wisc.edu)
(Note: I'm not a guitarist (yet?), so any tabbing errors shouldn't be
flamed... (It's my first time! ) I am open to suggestions/
improvements, though :) I did use a guitar to figure this out...
14 years of piano => good ability to "play by ear" & figure stuff out :)
Also makes it much easier to self-teach another instrument... Anyway.)
Standard tuning, fairly easy song (i.e. I can play it... :> )
Begin w/ pickup on an F chord, then play through main progression a couple
times, then the tab...
Main chord progressions: Am/Am2... F | Am Em G F | (repeat)
for chorus ("My...noone"): Am Em | Am Em | Am Em | F ("someone just...")
Am Am2 Am Am2 F
She always waits for someone
Am Em G F
Someone who'll never leave
Am Am2 Am Am2 F
Reliving her decision
Am Em G F
Her arms cover me
Am Em
My couple, noone
Am Em
To anyone believe
Am Em
She always waits for someone
F (tab)
Someone, someone just like me
(tab)

I just want to hold you
I only want you to stay

To anyone believe
She always waits for someone
