Skinlab is an awesome band from here the Bay Area.
I have seen two different ways to play this song but
if you?ve heard the song then some great parts aren?t included.
Anyway I though I should tab it the way I play, If only I had
that Damn solo, I am not good at them, I never try, anyway this
is what I have that is similar to most but I think sound better.
Intro:
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
--5-5-3-5-5-3-5-3-6-6-3-6-6-3-6-3--|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
Chorus:
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
--5-5-3-5-5-3-5-3-6-6-3-6-6-3-6-3--|
--5-5-3-5-5-3-5-3-6-6-3-6-6-3-6-3--|
--5-5-3-5-5-3-5-3-6-6-3-6-6-3-6-3--|
[ Tab from: http://www.guitaretab.com/s/skinlab/128620.html ]
Heavy Part:
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
---------------3----------------4--| you can bend these also
------------3-5-------------4-6----|
--5-5-3-5-5-------6-6-4-6-6--------|
repeat from the start
Then there is a little heavy part before solo
Just Play
-----
-----
-----
--6--
--6--
--4?
During solo you can do the backing guitar
Which is just playing the Chorus riff but break it apart
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
--5-5-3-5---3-5-3-6-6-3-6---3-6-3--|
--5-5-3-5---3-5-3-6-6-3-6---3-6-3--|
--5-5-3-5---3-5-3-6-6-3-6---3-6-3--|
Then after the solo it get a fast Chorus riff
Slow intro riff while Steev keeps saying
?Don?t Let Them Bring you down?
And it is over
For my ending comments as if you care, I would like to say that
this album and their new one Revolting Room kicks ass and if
you don?t have their new one get it. Ok an also pick up a CD
from Zao, great band.
