Hello, UGers! This is a new one delivered by me, actually tabbed by a friend (shout out to you, Panos). I didn't see anything like it here whilst searching for the acoustic version and it's fairly tricky to play. Although the fore-said fact, it's in the 'chords' section because in the bottom, after the first part of the tab section, it is written with chords and lyrics, so you can go ahead and play it like that with your own strumming according to how you think it sounds best (by ear). With this said, it could be played by a rookie as well, but I'll just go ahead and call it 'intermediate'. Enjoy! Standard E (EADGBe) No capo (personally, I put it on the 1st fret) Chords used: Em7 => 022033 D => xx0232 Dsus2 => xx0230 C => 332010 C9 => x32033 Asus4 => x02230 B => 2244xx C* (on the 3rd fret) => 3355xx Legend: / => slide x => mute Intro: Em7 D D Dsus2 C B C*,B Em7 Dsus2 C9 Asus4 |---3-33-x-33-x-33-000-----0-00------x-----------3-33-x-00-x-00----3-33--00-x-00-x-| |---3-33-x-22-x-22-222-----1-11------x-----------3-33-x-22-x-22----3-33--33-x-33-x-| |---0-00-x-33-x-33-333-----0-00--4-4-x-5/4-------0-00-x-33-x-33----0-00--22-x-22-x-| (Twice) |---2-22-x-00-x-00-000-----2-22--4-4-x-5/4-------2-22-x-00-x-00----2-22--22-x-22-x-| |---2-22-x----x----------3-3-33--2-2-x-3/2-------2-22-x----x-----3-3-33--00-x-00-x-| |-0-0-00-x----x----------3-3-33--2-2-x-3/2-3/2-0-0-00-x----x----------------x----x-| Verse: Em7 D D Dsus2 C9 Asus4 |---3-33-x-33-x-33-000------3-33--00-x-00-x-| |---3-33-x-22-x-22-222------3-33--33-x-33-x-| |---0-00-x-33-x-33-333------0-00--22-x-22-x-| (Twice) |---2-22-x-00-x-00-000------2-22--22-x-22-x-| |---2-22-x----x-----------3-3-33--00-x-00-x-| |-0-0-00-x----x----------------------x----x-| Pre-Chorus: C Dsus2 C9 Asus4 |----------0-------------0----0-----| |---------3--------------0-----0------| |--------1---1---0-----3---3----3---| |-------3---3---3----------3-----3----| |------0-------0-----2-------2----2-| 3x in raw and then |-----0-------0-------2------2-----2--| |----2-------------0----------------| |---2---------------2-----------------| |--3--------------------------------| |-3---------------0-------------------| |-----------------------------------| |-------------------------------------| Chorus: Em7 D D Dsus2 C B C*,B |---3-33-x-33-x-33-000-----0-00------x-----------| |---3-33-x-22-x-22-222-----1-11------x-----------| |---0-00-x-33-x-33-333-----0-00--4-4-x-5/4-------| |---2-22-x-00-x-00-000-----2-22--4-4-x-5/4-------| |---2-22-x----x----------3-3-33--2-2-x-3/2-------| |-0-0-00-x----x----------3-3-33--2-2-x-3/2-3/2-0-| [ Tab from: http://www.guitaretab.com/numeric/3-doors-down/246058.html ] INTRO Em7, D, Dsus2, C, B, C*, B, Em7, Dsus2, C9, Asus4 VERSE Em7 D Dsus2 C9 If you could step into my head Asus4 Tell me would you still know me Em7 D Dsus2 C9 If you woke up in my bed Asus4 Tell me then would you hold me PRE-CHORUS C Dsus2 C Or would you simply let it lie C Dsus2 C Leaving me to wonder why C Dsus2 C9 Asus4 Em7 I can't get you out of this head I call mine and I will say CHORUS Em7 D Dsus2 C B Oh!
