Norah Jones - Shoot the Moon (chords/lyrics provided by katesmeow) NOTE: I don't think this is 100% accurate but nothing I could find online sounded right, so I listened to it and picked out what did. It sounds great played alone. Try playing it with the track and you'll probably hear the places where it doesn't quite mesh - maybe someone else can improve upon it. :) I've included how to play the chords - it's mostly a lot of basic chords and stepping down the base note. For the F a barred chord sounds best here, imho.
