Yay.. my first tab type thing.  I couldn't find the lyrics for the single version so 
is my best guess.
I hope I'm not too far wrong.
Also, I know this isn't how he plays it but this is the closest I could get to it with 
tuning.
So anyway... this is the single version of "If This Is It" by Newton Faulkner.
