This is from the Unplugged show he did (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMRqN0m5c-M).
I was on a Neil Young binge and stumbled across this and he used similar chords
and tuning to other songs I had been learning. I gave it a good shot. I'd suggest
watching the video to get a good feel for the rhythm. If you have any suggestions just
leave them in the comments :)
Tuning: Double Drop D
Just tune down both E strings to D, gives for some awesome heavy bass for acoustic.
Chords (I don't know the specific name for these chords and don't want to look them up)
"D" "G" "C" "Em7"
0 0 0 0
3 0 1 (3) 3
2 0 0 0
0 0 2 2
0 5 3 2
0 5 X X (0)

The Riff: Not showing the strumming patterns for the chords, I highly suggest
watching the video of him playing this.
D
d|--------0-----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------3-----------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------2-----------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--------0-------------------X--X--X--X------------------------------------|
A|----------------------------X--X--X--X------------------------------------|
D|-0--------------0---2---3---3--3--3--3----3-2-3-2-------------------------|
Now throughout the song, he sometimes hammers-on the G-string 0h2 when playing
the D chords
Another Section
G D C Em7 D
d|---0--------0------------------------------------------0-----0-------0----|
B|---0--------3------------------------------------------1(3)--3-------3----|
G|---0--------2------------------------------------------0-----0-------2----|
D|---0--------0----------------X--X--X--X----------------2-----2-------0----|
A|---5-------------------------X--X--X--X----------------3-----2------------|
D|---5----0--------0---2---3---3--3--3--3----3-2-3-2-----X-----X----0-------|
And he of course plays some badass harmonica throughout these sections.
