Okay, so this solo of Invincible by Muse.
It is hard to concentrate on solo but you'll feel
great when you get it right(I did)
And this tab will be less confusing and more spot
on than some.
What follows is a lot to take in but it will
help you learn it spot on.
Matt uses an octaver pedal.
It is on the G string so on the taps he rocks
it forward and that is what explains why
it doesn't sound like the G string,
but the high e string.
For the hammer-ons and pull-offs he rocks it
back and returns the string to normal pitch.
If you don't have an octaver pedal don't FRET-(Geddit)
it still sounds absolutely amazing without it and
it even sounds awesome played on the high e string.
I've added the finger positioning to make it even easier,
however for the taps use whatever finger your comfortable
tapping with.
If you wanna play it like Matt, he tucks his pick under his
ring finger and little finger and uses his index finger to tap
and his middle finger just follows by example but doesn't hit any notes.
So Here goes...
h= hammer-on.
p= pull-off.
t= right hand tap.
/= slide forward.
\= slide back.
b^= bend up.
Continue trilling even as you right hand proceeds to next tap.
Spacing is for an easier to read tab not pauses.

And that's it and should be perfectly right.
Before I sign off on this one I should just mention a
few things that you should take into account.
1: Don't jump the gun by glancing quickly at each row
of hammer-ons and pull-offs and assuming you know
the exact number of how many there are.
Take note of exactly how many there are.
2: Count how much you need to do each set of
hammer-ons and pull-offs in correspondence to the right hand taps.
3:Start slow if you must and gain speed gradually.
4:Persist.
5: Bring your thumb round the back of the neck if
your hand is too small to complete the five fret stretches.
