This may not be entirely correct, but I think it sounds good enough to play and sing along with. I got these chords from watching youtube cover videos with finger picking instead of strumming. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2d-tFw6h3w) It works well for playing for kids, which is why I took the time to figure out the chords. I like to play it with the capo on the 2nd fret, but I think it sounds fine with no capo. Also, some of the chords (D# and Cm) are probably not the actual chord, I just gave them a label as something to reference to. D# Cm E: 3 | 0 | B: 4 | 1 | G: 3 | 0 | D: 0 | 2 | A: 0 | 0 | E: 0 | 0 | [G] [C] [G] Ponyo, Ponyo, Ponyo, fishy in the sea, [C] [G] [A] [D] Tiny little fishy, who could you really be? [G] [C] [G] Ponyo, Ponyo, Ponyo, magic set you free, [C] [G] [A] [D] Oh she's a little girl with a round tummy. [G] [D] [D] [D] [G] Tip, tippy toe, jump, jump, and hop. [G] [C] [D] [G] Now that I've got my legs, I cannot stop. [ Tab from: http://www.guitaretab.com/m/misc-cartoons/332215.html ] [G] [D] [D] [D] [G] Pat, paddy pat, waving hello. [G] [C] [D] [G] Jump and hold hands with me, dancing we go. [D] [Em] [C] [G] My feet are skipping, my heart, too. Happy happy are we all! [Em] [G] Maybe I might love you, [C] [Cm] Maybe I might love you, [G] [Em] [Am] So hold on tight and hold me close. [D#] [D] [D7] You're my hero... This chord progression repeats for the rest of the song. Ponyo, Ponyo, Ponyo, fishy in the sea, Tiny little fishy, who could you really be? Ponyo, Ponyo, Ponyo, magic set you free, A pretty little girl will swim back to me. Yum, yummy yum, I smell a treat. Let's fill our tummy's now, good things to eat. Peek, peek-a-boo, that's what we'll do, I see my favourite boy, he sees me, too. My cheeks are rosy from smiling. Laughing laughing are we all. Maybe I might love you, Maybe I might love you, So hold on tight and hold me close. You're my hero... Ponyo, Ponyo, Ponyo, fishy in the sea, Tiny little fishy, who could you really be?
