Man Man - Head On chords

Hey guys, love this song, but nobody had the chords quite right, so here you go!

All major chords except for G minor, just follow along for the rhythm. The chord 
progression hardly ever changes besides at the end of the verses and choruses they 
go between D# and C#.

..etc. Its the same throughout.

The first verse they rest on D#.

The refrain/bridge/whatever you want to call it goes

...repeat.
