I don't have a really good picking pattern down, but here are the chords with lyrics at least. The first lines of the verses the chords are held longer and the A7/G8/C prgression in the rest of the verse is a lot faster. Capo can be adjusted so you can sing it, but is usually played with capo on the 2nd fret.
