This is the first tab I have uploaded but not the first transcription I have done. I this will give u a pretty accurate idea of how to play "lift me up." This is of coarse a tune and every time I have accompanied someone singing this song I have played piano than a guitar. Point being that a lot of the chords are not open chords on a guitar inversions. For example the intro is C F C, the F is an a 1st inversion so the bass is actually C. Another point that one should understand with this song is that it is very If you are going to sing it I would maybe try it in A or Bb. It would make it a lot easier.
