I guessed everything from this video and it sounds almost exactly like it

Just pay attention to the video and the strumming isnt too hard to pick up

The verse is just D, E, G, and then a D with the pinkey added and taken away from the 
3rd fret of the high e at random all with mutes in between each chord

The pre-chorus is a Bm, a G bar chord, D, and then and A bar chord

The chorus is the same as the verse but played clear through instead of with the muting 
in between each chord

The bridge I'm not so sure about but It sounds good with
