Fastball - The Malcontent chords

Highlighted       Show chord diagrams
hello, this is the chord progression for the song "Malcontent" by Fastball as played in
their Real Magic TV performance with the exception of the solo section which I couldn't
quite figure out. From this the song's picking and strumming patterns should be easy to
figure out. Also of note, this song is played in standard tuning with a capo on the
third Fret.

Em Am
I hear the ringing of the telephone,
   B7 C G
No one's home, and none of you can reach me
    B7 Em
i'm alone and I feel fine.

Em Am
There's nothing anyone could sell to me,
        B7 C G
there's nothing new, and none of can teach me
        B7 Em
but i'm sure that you will try.

broken hearts, vanity's a disease.

      B7 Em

Hair and make up
