up-strokes on the  3  &  4

If you want to play with the recording this is the way however I worked this out by ear 
using the standard progression

Dm Am Gm F
vi    iii    ii     i

This implies a Dm tonality due to the cadence in the lyric line but the F major gives 
the chord sequence a quirky richness.
