If you see a G7 in the chorus then that can be played as an F5 as seen in the 
first link when Drake Bell plays guitar in the chorus.

Corrections would be really helpful and appreciated!

The chords in brackets are optional - I play them just to make the song sound more 
interesting but I don't think they do that in the original.
