Hammer on the A string while your in the G, just before you switch to the Cadd9. Pull on the D string towards the end of the Cadd9. Listen to the song for exact timing on the ons and pull offs, I didn't feel like tabbing it out, because listening to the song will you a much better idea of how it goes. Also during the Am in the chorus I pluck the B it adds a little to it if you can get the timing down, sounds good either way.
