Just my alteration to the chords that were previously posted. Strum each chord for 4 beats. Pluck the bass note (Open D for D chord, F# for D/F#, B on A string for D/B and C# for D/C#, A for A chord, Ab for A/Ab, G for A/G, B for Bm7 and open E for E chord.) For D/B, on the fourth beat, pluck an open A, followed by open D for the following D chord. Hyphens between Chords are the number of beats to play when it differs from the norm. The riff |--4--2--0--2--| is played after 4 beats of D/C# and only on the A string. Lyrics in parentheses are sung as rounds by backup chorus. I know I'm putting a lot of explanation into this. I'm doing so to ensure it's clear for everyone. Now, get out there and enjoy some Born Ruffians.
