Blind Pilot - Poor Boy chords

The chord progression used is:
Capo on the 2nd fret

C, C7, Dm, F

The time signature is 3/4

I haven't taken the time to figure out the bridge.

C7 is the same as C just lift the index finger. The change between chords mostly comes 
from the B string so emphasize that string in the strumming pattern.
