Awesome song and very simple to learn and play. It's done on electric with lots of and fuzz but I tabbed it on acoustic and it's a pretty nice alternate version. I'd include but couldn't find any online; the words are a bit muddled due to aforementioned fuzz but try my best to decode and add them. Listen to the track for strum rhythm, it's simple as well. Intro/Verses: C F Bb F C (x32010) F (xx3210) Bb (xx3310) [ Tab from: http://www.guitaretab.com/b/black-tambourine/115359.html ] Note: Only play the top four strings here, I'm not sure if I got the chord titles right but just follow the fingering tab. Also, emphasize the top two strings when you strum those notes stay the same throughout this chord sequence. Note 2: After you get the hang of it, try hammering on the third fret for the F and Bb again listen to the song but it sounds pretty good if you throw in a hammer-on here and there. Chorus: C G Am F C (x32010) G (320003) Am (x02210) F (133211) Note: You can strum a bit more freely here, i.e. hit all the strings, not just the top four. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=69942677 http://allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&searchlink=BLACK|TAMBOURINE&sql=11:ajfoxq8gldfe~T1 |
