Previous versions of this song posted around here incorrectly assumed that there is the same chord sequence through the song. In fact, a second, different one kicks in at "Oh Black Bird...". The key here is the same as CD version: Eb, while some live versions are in F (or tuned down G), so transpose your chords accordingly. I play it on uke and piano and just use Eb without any changes to the tuning. Use Ab/Bb if Fm7/Bb feels inconvenient, or even Bb7sus4, but the first two will have a fuller sound. Also, you may want to add 7ths to the minors in the second part. :) Cheers!
