Atlantic - You Werent Wrong chords

I heard this song and instantly adored it, 
however, when I went to find the chords there were none, 
so I decided that I would try to transcribe it by ear 
and this is what I came up with. It's not perfect but enjoy! 

You can play this without a capo, however I would experiment 
with what sounds best to you. (I usually play it without a 
capo or with the capo on 4)
