I like to play it like this:

B|-------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------7-----------------------|
D|-8--88--88--88-8-8-7--77--77--77-7-7-7777777777777777--------|
A|-8--88--88--88-8-8-7--77--77--77-7-7-5-----------------------|
E|-6--66--66--66-6-6-5--55--55--55-5-5-------------------------|
But i think on the record he only plays single notes on the A string during the first
two chords.
And that's probably all you need for this song. The outro is most of the time just a
D-chord with the root note on the 10th fret of the lower E string.
And the pre-chorus is sometimes played an octave higher. Then it finally goes to the
chorus again.
The order of the parts is pretty straightforward, just figure it out yourself.
